It's been a hectic month, and i've had no time to put out this month's photo. But going into the last day of 2011 i finally got some time. It is a photo from Berlin, and in many ways it is telling a lot about next year. I'm moving to Germany in mid-2011. I'm at a road cross, not knowing everything that is ahead, or will happen... But i have a plan/path (the light) to guide me. I'm very excited for next year. And i'm very thankful for all the good and wonderful family and friends i have.

I just rounded photo number 365 in my Project-1000. I celebrated the day with my photography students. I had printed ca. 336 of the photos, and we put them together for my photo #365. I have made some decisions for next year. It will be a big change in my life. I'm moving to Germany in july/august 2012. I will travel around the World trying to make it with my photos. I'm working on a book and two exhibitions.I will tell more as it develop :-) Enjoy!

I've had a very nice summer in Germany, and in my luggage i have lots of films to develop. And of course all my digital shots as well. This months photo is from my stay in Berlin. A woman sitting in the middle of Potsdamer platz with her laptop computer. It's in the afternoon with nice light and shadow. I'm in the search of various models, all genders and ages. I have time to do shoots (mostly TFP) the next four weeks. It will be both outdoor and indoor in the studio. I will use many of my analog cameras, and work with B&W prints in the darkroom. I hope to hear from You =)

Münster in Germany is more or less my second home now. I love shooting the streets in this city, and Easter 2011 was productive for me. The guy in this photo totally captured my attention. In my head he became a runaway mannequin doll. Enjoy the photo and the beautiful month of May!

Ane Iselin and i have done different shoots the last two years. This photo is from february, and our latest till now. I tried new ways of lighting, and flirted with the glam-look. Tried to stay on the edge and not make it sleezy. In my opinion i managed and, and I'm happy with the result. Big up to Ane Iselin, and good luck Pursuing Your Dreams in England =D

I had a short trip to Germany in the beginning of March this year. I really feel at home in Münster, and i love to shoot the streets when i'm there. This photo is for me a very typical european streetphoto. Hope you enjoy it!

This month's photo is posted late, but hopefully good. I bought a "new" Rolleiflex camera in the summer of 2009. I love the feel of this camera, and it delivers beautiful negatives for further work in the darkroom. I stumbled upon this princess in the Harbour area of Münster.

Today it's 80 days since i started my project-1000. Uploading the photos today was quite hard. They really document the dark inner me at the time i took them. But I'm glad i started this project, and even though it's going much better these days, i will continue it. One Photograph every day, capturing, telling, showing my feelings and emotions that day. Why? ...because it Helps :-)

I spent my 2010 Christmas holiday in the Oslo area. Being together with family and friends did wonders. And this month I have felt the depression slowly loosing it's grip. Some days before New Years Eve, i got together with some of my former photography students to do some shooting in the streets of Oslo. This is one I made that day. And somehow I can see myself in this photo.
Last, I have to thank everyone for good times in 2010, and i hope to see you all in 2011!
